Many of the faculty members, PhD and MSc students at Dutch institutes have an international background. English is the common language. The MSc program is 2 years.

As a student of this Master’s degree, you will be taught and supervised by researchers from one of the four NOVA institutes. Find out following the links what each institute has to offer you.

The two-year programme can be tailored to your needs and wishes. During your studies, you spend approximately one year on coursework and one year on one or more research projects, including a MSc thesis. The Netherlands Research School for Astronomy (NOVA)offers a limited number of scholarships for highly talented students. Applications for these fellowships are through the individual institutes.
